Default please help me...

okay last friday smoked weed out of a bowl with a few friends. i just got called to a job i applied for a few weeks ago. they want me to come in and interview me and what not. i basically got the job. the only thing im so worried about is not passing the drug test that is required. what can i do to make sure i pass? before last week, i havent smoked weed in over a year! im like freaking out becaues i need to pass this drug test. i didnt smoke a lot either. what can i do? someone please help me...[V]

you should be fine. if you do not smoke on a regular basis it will usually leave your system within a week even a few days especially if you are thin. if you are thin there are less fat cells for pot to store itself in. also if you only smoked it once and its been months you dont have it stored up in your fat cells. so if it has been a week since you smoked i would not worry too much. if its a urine test they usually do not pick itty bitty traces of drug, blood and hair test can pick up small traces. i use to be an HR manager for a major retail co and i know a lot of people who were in your shoes and passed. if you have to take the test in the morning make sure you pee at least twice. your first two time you urinate after getting up are the dirtiest, but whatever you do drink a ton of water before going and dilute your pee. thats bad and some places wont let you re-test for 6mo if it looks like you tried to dilute your sample.
