Pill ID; KO (White Round Pill w. Split)

Default Pill ID; KO (White Round Pill w. Split)
The pill is white and round. One side is scored/split, while the other has "KO". The letter "K", however, forms an arrow from the top right part of the letter.

Any help is appreciated.

Next time it would be better to post your question to the pill ID forum, you'll get a much faster answer.
This is 325mg Acetaminophen Tablet.
