Looking for anyone taking phentremine, and what you think of it. Also what side effects may occur if using effexor as well.

I've been using Phentremine for about 2 weeks. For the past week, I am taking 2 capsules every day around noon - about 30 to 60 minutes before lunch. I lost 11 lbs. in the past week. It really does eliminate your appetite and desire to eat food. When I do eat meals, I find myself eating maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of a regular serving. I fill up very quickly. The downside is that I do have to deal with headaches, tummy aches, heartburn and cold sweats. I just discovered today that Tums works really well with the heartburn. The headaches go away with one of those Ibuprofen capsules. The tummy aches are not as bad since I've gone from 2 to 1 of the Phentremine capsules (tried this as of yesterday). And I don't notice the cold sweaters as much since I reduced the dose of the Phentremine.

My favorite part is that my clothes are fitting better after only a few weeks. As for the effexor, I do not take that so I am unfamiliar with those side affects. Good Luck!!!

I have taken phentermine on and off for a few years now and I love it it's great, it helps me to have unlimited energy, a great mood, I find I focus better, i have lost a good amount of weight each time i was on it. good luck! be care ful of insomnia though!

I have been doing some research on Phentermine and I think that it may help me. My current weight is about 190 and I am 40 years old. I am taking Chantix to stop smoking and have gained about 4 lbs in just as many days. I live in the Cincinnati, Oh area and my doctor does not prescirbe this medication to patients so other than shelling out 300.00 to a weight loss clinic I don't know where to get a prescription. Any help is appreciated!

The topicstarter was asking about PhenTREmine, not Phentermine.

Phentremine is pretty nice herbal supplement (unlike chemical phentermine) to help you lose weight safely.

If you dont mind me asking was it through a doctor or online that you found phentremine? I'm really curious about it and would like to learn more as well as find the right place to order it from or a doctor to have it prescribed.
