Default phentermine

My daughter has been taking phentermine for a month or so now and has been experiencing dizziness and has passed out a couple of times. Any chance this is related to her phentermine use? She also has a history of anorexia/bulimia, is taking Celexa for depression, and has MS.
Anything anyone can tell me about this would be appreciated!

Hi, I have been taking phentermine for about 2 months to help me lose weight, it has been great for helping me, but I get light headed and dizzy some times for not eating and when I do eat or make myself eat it will help the dizzyness go away. Just a suggestion but i'm no doctor. Hope I helped??

Dear Lord! If she has a history of bulemia/anorexia, why is she on phenteramine?!? What quack prescribed it? I'm not suprised she is having problems. The increased serotonin from Celexa and the increased amount of norepinephrine from both Celexa and phenteramine probably have her BP skyrocketing. She needs to see a doctor right away and stop the meds!

i agree your daughter should not be on weight loss meds with a history of anorexia along with being on meds for depression. bless her heart. it sounds like she has quite a lot on her right now but please get her off the phen. and get her to another doctor. i know being overweight can make you even more depressed but there are healthier ways for her to lose the weight. sure hope she'll be feeling better soon.
