I just started taking Phentermine again this morning and this evening I took an Acetaminophen for my headache[xx(]. Was that ok that I combined those 2 medicines??

There is not an interaction between these two medications. You should be fine. Dont use more than 4 grams (4000 mg) of acetaminophen a day..or less if possible!!! Even better since you took one in the morning and one at night.

i was on it for 6 months straight about 10 years ago.
