Well the main difference is the ammount of oxycodone that each size of percocet offers. there are 2.5mg 5mg 7.5mg and 10mg(oxycodone) percocets with different amounts of acetamenophen. As for making you hyper, Its a common side effect in opiates. the euphoria relaxes you and reduces stress and gives you a high.
