I am scheduled for an insurance physical. I take trileptal 600mg twice a day for seizures. My question is how long does this medication remain detectable through blood testing and urine testing?

I had to take a drug test for work and I had to fill out a list of meds I was taking, it came back dirty because of vicodin I was taking, however they called me to ask me questions such as, who the prescribing doctor was their address and phone number, the prescription number, and the name and number of the pharmacy. So if you actually tell them up front the type of meds your are taking, they shouldn't have a problem with it. I hope that helps

I did some work recently for a drug testing company in the UK http://www.preventx.co.uk/ try emailing them to see if they could help with you with an answer. it might be worth a try, they were pretty friendly and helpful with myself.
