I have truied everything to get to sleep. I actually eat in the middle of the night and wake up every hour. It has gotten to the point that I (a diabetic) have eaten plain sugar by the spoonful and waken up to it. I can not sleep long and have even eaten mud. I have tried everything. I have had some success in Alprozolam I have gotten a script from in Mexico. But it is gone. I now am on Parafon Forte and it does nothing. I need to sleep, and I need to quit eating all night long especially if its not food related. But the problem is I have explained this to several DR's and nobody believes me. My husband is in tears dealing with me too. HELP sometimes I wake up wearing these items or not realizing I have eaten. I once (while sleeping) whacked hubby in the head with a plate of waffles. Its so scary and ruining my life
