Pallodone

I just discovered that my pharmacy mad a mistake and gave me Pallidone (Methodone) ER instead of PalloDone, an extended release of Dilauded. I've been on the "mistaken drug" since early last week. Is there any need for concern? I feel like I have Mono!
Regarding Pallodone, I was changed to that (16mg) from Avenza (morphine sulfate) 60mg. Is 16mg of Pallodone = to 60mg of Avenza?
Thank you for your help. Needless to say I am a little upset with my pharmacy right now.
