Painkillers not workin

[bahhh]

ok so im 16 years old
and just got braces...the pain is realy bad
they told me to take paracetamols
but they are not helpin at all
i didnt sleep all night becuase of the pain
ive tryed nurofen and ibuprofen
but they arnt helpin at all
i have a constant echoing pain in all my teeth (realy painful)
and even if i touch a touch with my tounge lightly
it hurts like HELL
i also had 4 teeth taken out ..so there is pain from the holes too
can some1 tell me wat i can take to get rid of the pain
or something
im thinkin of taken more paracetamols ...
it says to take 2...should i take 4? or 6?
im not gonna mess around with them until some1 gives me advice
