my friend is addicted to painkillers, but she said she can still take a "p4" which is just like a "k4" what are they? and what do they look like?
A K4 is 4mg Hydromorphone, or dilaudid.
The brand name dilaudids are small and yellow with this little E looking thing on it
the generic fours that i've seen are small and white with an m on one side and a 4 on the other.
As for the p4 I have no idea what that is, never heard of it.
A p4 is the Purdue brand dilaudid (hydromorphone)
