Default oxy IR 20mg equal 20mg oxycontin?
Does anyone know if oxycodone hcl IR is the equivelant to 20mg of oxycontin?

They are equal if the OC is crushed, otherwise 20mg IR lasts 4 hours, where as 20mg OC lasts for 8.
