Oramoph oral solution and Methocarbamol

HI, can anyone give me any safety advice on when it is safe to start taking Methocarbamol 750mg after stopping Oramorph.

I was given the Methocarbamol last night at emergency GP for a painful slipped disc, but forgot to mention that I have been taking oramorph to control the pain. When I got my prescription this morning I noticed that you cannot take both of these at the same time. So after having my last dose of Oramorph this morning I'm unsure when I can start the Methocarbamol.

Any help appreciated! : )
