Default Olux foam

Recently, I've been using the Olux foam for skin rash and irritation. Something that just started out of nowhere. I was looking at the side effects of Olux, and saw this:

"Other local side effects may also occur, especially with prolonged use of clobetasol topical. These may include thinning of the skin, prolonged redness, and stretch marks."

When it mentions thinning of the skin and stretch marks, are those permanent effects, or just temporary, while using the medicine.

Thanks.
