Hi There, my uncle has just come off his hypertension drugs after taking something called muktavati for 7 months. www.muktavati.com is where I got it for him from and it doesnt seem to cross react with anything. His BP is slightly higher than ideal but even then its dropped over 20 points on both readings. Hope this helps.

Methylphenidate should be used with caution in people with mild hypertension. And this drug should NOT be used in people with moderate to severe hypertension.
When used in people with mild hypertension, blood pressure should be monitored regularly during the therapy.
Hope this can help.
