Default odorless, colorless tranquillizer in water

could someone help me identify an odorless, colorless substance in water that has bitter taste that was used to induce sleep. this is important as this may have triggered parkinsons like symptoms

Maybe Ketamine, it could be numerous different substances once crushed and dissolved. Your best bet is to have a blood work-up done, it's really impossible to say otherwise.
