They're both
insulin, one would think its effects would be accumulative, causing the blood sugar to become too low resulting in hypoglycemia.
Signs of hypoglycemia include increased heartbeat, headache, chills, sweating, tremor, increased hunger, changes in vision, nervousness, weakness, dizziness, drowsiness, or fainting.
Eating sugar should help with that.
