Does anyone know how long it takes to get novocain out of your system?

I hate Novacain with a passion, it usually takes me 3-4 hours after the dentist numbs me.

It is short term.

I have an allergy to the various types of numbing medications they use at the doctor's office.

what it does to me is makes me have to urinate a ton during the procedure.

I had root canals done and every like 10min i had to pop up and go to the bathroom.

But a few hours later i was fine.
