Norvasc I have been taking Norvasc for six months. My legs, ankles and feet have been swollen for six months. I have repeatedly told my dr. but she says not to worry. It is uncomfortable to bend my ankles and my toes swell together. Does anyone know if this is a bad thing? -
Swelling of the legs and ankles is listed as one of the serious side effects of taking Norvasc. You can find information on this drug at the following url: http://www.drugs.com/mtm/n/norvasc.html
Scroll down to the section describing the possible side effects of Amlodipine (which is the generic name for Norvasc) and read them, then inform your doctor.

Hi, I refused to take Norvasc because I already swell. I don't think the doctors realize how horrible it is. What are you taking it for? Maybe try another doc? -
Here's my new method when a doc doesn't want to listen to me, print it out, and shove it in front of your docs face next time you go in. verwon@gmail.com
My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
