My mother is seriously ill due to severe anxiety. She cannot take drugs as she is highly allergic. She can however take drugs sublingually. Our prayers were answered when we found sublingual lorazepam but unfortunately, it has stopped working. Please, if anyone out there has any info on any other drug that could be taken sublingually to help her, please, please contact me....

Sorry this is two years too late :-(. The only thing wrong with your mother is anxiety? Is she better now?

For anxiety kava can be delivered sublingually. You can buy alcohol extracts (come in dropper bottels) or whole kava root. Ground kava root does work sublingually but it's a little harder.

Also you could consider drugs that you can smoke.
