Default Nasonex

I was wondering if anyone has used Nasonex and had sore muscles as a side effect? I was on the antibiotic, Biaxin for about 7 days with no relief of sinus blockage. My doctor then prescribed Allerx 10-day pack, Mucinex 600 mg, Nasonex and a prescription ear drop. I have noticed since late Saturday after starting the Nasonex that morning, my quadraceps starting feeling sore. As of right now, it feels as though I have been exercising these muscles but I have not exercised in about 3 weeks. This "sinus blockage" is not one in which I have had drainage or coughing (until I started the medications) it has only been causing a feeling of having a rock in my cheek and pressure in my face and ear. Has anyone ever experienced sore muscles with any of these meds? My legs seem to be the only muscles right now that are sore. Thanks for any help.
