Default is it a narcotic?

[?] I have been prescribed Temazepam, and I have no idea if it is a Narcotic or not , can someone help?

No. Temazepam belongs to a family of drugs called Benzodiazepines.

Temazepam is a C-IV controlled drug it does have abuse potential and is in the same class as Valium and Xanax. -JON
