Default Naproxen
If I am allergic to aspirin; could anyone tell me if Naproxen will give me an allergy reaction?

Hard to say, Idk, they're both NSAIDS, but different chemical makeups. You might be safer taking Tylenol until you consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
