I donated a kidney (years ago), and want to know if I should be aware of any concerns about taking naprosen (500mg) on a regular basis for back pain and tendonitis, with only one kidney to my name! It's being prescribed for me twice daily, as needed, though I don't generally need to take it daily.
Naprosen 500 mg OK with one kidney?
