[Concerned Lover]

Please help if you can. I am in love with a wonderful 53 year old man who is taking 4 prescription medications that I know of - ANDrx 600 (diltiazem/Cardizem CD) for blood pressure, Z2083 (hydrochlorothiazide) Diuretic for blood pressure too I think, Vicodin for cronic back pain, and Effexor XR for anxiety. He experiences most of the side effects posted on this site for these medications (unusual tiredness, upset stomach, diarrhea, diminished labido & difficulty with orgasm). Two side effects concern me the most which are he is constantly tapping his feet during the day and he has terrible night tremors. The night tremors are strong and very rhythmatic and occur about every 5 minutes throughout the entire night. He is sound asleep and they start with his leg and move upward to his arms all within a second or two. They finally start to subside at early morning. It is impossible to sleep with him because of these tremors and they actually shake the bed. Do you think it is one drug inparticular or a combination of them? I ran the drug interactions on these medications and saw that Effexor does not react well with a couple of them. Any help you could provide is appreciated. I am very worried and I want to address my concerns with him in a positive way. Thank you!
