It might be minimally, but you are talking about 11 year old medication. That is really pushing it as far as stability goes. They put an expiration date on them for a reason. I wouldn't take it.
As far as withdrawal goes, only people who take them on a regular (IE: daily or near daily) basis for an extended period of time are going to get withdrawal effects. So that isn't a very good guide as far as judging use. Such a thing as "chippers" do exist, and they can use on the weekends and forgo using during the week. They don't build up high tolerances, and generally don't become physically dependant. If you really want to know, run a UA, and do it soon or it wont be able to detect it. A better question is, whose name is on the bottle?
