Default Metoclopramide tablets

I'm taking one Metoclopramide hydrochloride tablet every 8 hours to help me stop feeling sick in the day and was wondering if its strictly not possible to drink alcohol when taking this medication? It says to avoid alcohol but I have looked up the drug on the internet and it only says if you drink alcohol you will become more drowsy. I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether there are any major effects if I drinking alcohol while taking this drug?

I'd be grateful for any responses.

Drinking alcohol while taking metoclopramide will possibly not only make you more drowsy, but may also impair your judgment, thinking, and motor skills.
It is recommended you don't.
