Default methodone dosage

when taking this drug what seems to be the correct dosage if your yakingh ativan with it / I usually take i in the morning and a half in the afternoon and one in the early nitetime. then illtake 2 ativans at bedtime. is that about right. Also if you take more than three does that hurt your heart in any way?Please answer, id reaslly like to know something soon. thanx

you must be careful when taking benzo's with methadone.Take it as your doctor ordered but if you are getting them without a prescription then I would advise you to stop taking the atvian as it can cause respitory failure when mixed with methadone......Dave

yes this a real prescrtion from my docor that ive been seeing for a year and half now. my question was is there a regular dose of methodone you can take with ativan that wont give you that worry of my heart having problems with respitory illness. Wouldnt your doctor tell you if you were in danger or not?

Yes, your doctor wouldn't endanger you with medication.You will be fine.I hope themethadone works for your pain.I take it for severe lumbar and siatic pain and it has done wonders for me.I have never been more clear headed in 22 years.......Dave

what exactly is respitory failure>? It seems i see this on a lot of precautions for many drugs.
