thanks for all the help i talked to my doctor and he renewed my perscription for the methadose 10mg tablets.but i have noticed that it takes along time for the methadose to take affect somtimes over a hour is this normal?

Yes, it take 5 to 7 days for your serum level to for lack of a better word level off.Don't worry everything is normal from what you've described.....Dave
