mental health drugs during pregnancy

Can anyone help me with regards to taking Effexor and anti sycotic medicine whilst your pregnant. I am not concered about after the baby is born just during the pregnancy.

I am currently taking Effexor and Seraqual. Can anybody help me with any experiance in this area. I know it is better for the baby to have nothing, but my mental health is just as important and I can't have a healthy state of mind without these drugs.
