i have been on oral methadone for over 20yrs. At present i'm on 160mls 1mg in 1ml DTF. ive started on a Randomised Injectable/Oral Treatment Trial and have got injectables. my service provider is telling me 100mg in 2.2mls intravenus is equivelent to 160mls 1mg in1ml oral. i think 160mgs is 160mgs however you take it. orally, anally or i.v. who's right.

The drug comes in multiple concentrations, so you may have a stronger concentration per ml.

Intravenous and rectal delivery is always higher then oral.
