Default mefloquine
one of my friends has paroxismal AF and taking quinidine sulfate(pill in the pocket) only during the attack about 4 tablets it resolve within 8 hours and now he will travel to nigeria for 2 days and he is requested to take mefloquine for 6 weeks for malaria prophylaxis is it safe to take it while he may need quinidine sulfate at any time if he has AF attack
