Marinol is a pretty low percentage batter, but there are people whom get substantial nausea relief from it. Others just say it makes them psychotic. I haven't tried it myself, so I don't know first hand.

There are a lot of drugs which can fight nausea. Antihistamines are usually reasonably effective, dopamine drugs like Compazine - Zyprexa are also very effective.

I use Loratidine & Compazine to manage the nausea from methotrexate. By itself compazine is pretty weak for me, but add the Loratidine (Claritin) to it and it proivides some real relief.

Are you numb yet? No. AARRGGGGGHH! I told you I wasn't numb! Sorry, I didn't believe you.
