Default Manifestation of liver damage

As a long time user and former abuser of medicines containing acetaminophen, I am wondering what the symptoms of liver damage are. About a month ago I had a liver test done and it came back great. Does that mean that I am no longer in danger of liver problems from past use/abuse?

I know you all are not doctors or can see the future, but maybe you know of someone who had later complications from former drug abuse.

Most people who have permanent liver damage are IV drug users. Not saying it's impossible for those taking pills orally but the liver is very resilient. It would be the exception to the rule that your liver would have problems if it's okay now and you don't have a history of IV drug use. If there is a significant IV drug using history it could still happen. God bless.

The liver hardly gives any symptoms until it's too late. Symptoms are, jaundice, loss of appetite, distended abdomen, anemia, irritable bowels or irregular bm's, and others. If your liver function test came up normal, then it should be functioning normally.
