Malarone side effects

Hi All,

I'm in Africa for work for months at a time, and I'm taking Malarone for malaria prevention. The problem is that some days (like today) I get absolutely excruciating stomach aches, and other days I get very bad headaches. Ibuprofen is suitable to treat the headaches, but what about the stomach aches? I think when the rainy season stops and the mosquito population dies down some I'll stop taking the Malarone, because the side effects really hinder my day to day quality of life.
