I am told that guaifenesin although an expectotrant is helpful in dealing with fatigue and pain as in fibromyalgia. I would like to know if it is also helpful in M.E. or chronic fatigue syndrome.

I've certainly heard of guaifensin thereapy for treating fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, but I don't know whether it's fact or fiction.
