Question Lunesta pharmacokinetics

Does anyone know the pharmacokinetic differences between Ratio-Zopiclone (Imovane) and Eszopiclone (Lunesta)? I've noticed that the therapeutic dosage is higher with Ratio-Zopiclone (3.75, 5 and 7.5mg tablets as opposed to 1, 2 and 3mg tabs with Eszopiclone) but I haven't been able to find actual numbers regarding things like the Tmax or the LD50. Does anyone have these?

Try this site, has great pharmokinetics information, chemical structure, etc.

http://www.rxlist.com/lunesta-drug.htm

Its a lot more detailed then drugs.com, to be honest. It has information on almost any drug you want more detailed information on. I did not find the LD50, or the Tmax dosage, sorry. But - great site!
