what is the difference between lortab and vicodin? It says its both hydrocodone. I have 7.5 vicodin and 7.5 lortab that IO have taken before and the lortab seems stronger. What is the diff?

Hello.Lortab and Vicodin are brand names for the same ingredients i.e. acetaminophen (Tylenol) and hydrocodone. The acetaminophen helps increase the effect of the hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is related to codeine. The equal strengths work the same as they have the same components. How they effect a person is an individual experience.
