Get yourself some
imodium. take a lot of hot baths...kick back and watch some movies and let some time pass,you will start feeling better in the next couple days you have pretty much been thru the hardest part...
there are some over the counter sleep aids
Excedrin pm,
melatonin, sleepy time tea...
get on here and do a little more posting and read the stories of people that have made it...
It helps to know your not the only one out there...and as soon as you are able try to do some exercise it will help getting your endorphins working...and it will help get some energy back. I started out at 2 minutes a day on the treadmill and worked my way up...
Keep us posted on how you are doing even if you just want to yell and screem...we all understand and want to help
