My friend met with an accident(amputation of foot-metatarsals),he has been using betadine solution since last 4-5 mnths for cleaning the skin surface of the healed amputed foot,is it advisable to use betadine for such a long period of time,what could be the adverse effects on health after such a long term use

I am familiar with the Betadine cream. But I checked some sources on the solution and came up with some possible side effects of prolonged use that may be of benefit for you all. Hope this helps. Here is the link. God bless.
