lithium & trazodone

Can anyone tell me of any unusual side affects that are associated with the use of lithium carb with trazodone? Are blackouts possible? I have been taking this medication for approx. 2 years and sometimes can be confused and disoriented and have experienced some time loss. Could these medications cause this?
