Cancer patient friend of mine gave me a small bottle of what she says is liquid morphine. Didn't get the chance to talk to her about dosage. Liquid is light brown. I have had morphine pills before but I don't know how much of this liquid is the correct dose. Naturally it isn't in the original bottle. She poured it from a larger bottle into a oxycodone bottle with the measuring dropper. The dropper has 5 mg incraments on it per .25 ml. so one ml equals 20mg of oxy. Is this the same for the morphine liquid? That is the qustion of the day. If so then I think that I can figure it out...one full Ml -or-20 mg of liquid morphine shoud do it. Right? Anyone out there have a clue what I am talking about? Help. TKC

Hmm sounds about right. If you are using it recreationally, which though not recomended I understand the fun of opiates and most likely cant stop you. Just make sure you have a sterile new needle if you must. Also liquid morphine is quite powerfull and unless you have had a history of opiate use and know your dosage, be very carefull! As you could easilt overdose if you have never used very much before.

Yes, it is for recreational use mostly. I have digenerative disc disease and a bad knee that I take Vicodin for. All out of vicodin until next week and thought that this would be a good substitute. You mentioned needles...NO WAY. Never did it and never will. I plan on dropping the appropriate dose into a small glass of juice and drinking it down. So...am I correct in my assuption that 1 Ml of this liquid is equal to 20 mg ? I take 15 mg of vicodin per dose so I assume the 20 mg of morphine will be similar. No acetominaphine involved however.

Well morphine is a good bit more potent than hydrocodone so im not entirely sure. I myself have used morphine but never in liquid form. Im sure there is somewhere on the internet that can tell you how much is equivalent to what.

Actually 10mgs of Hydro is equivelent to 10mgs of Morphine.

Actually tasted some today and it's sweet. Does that mean its actually the premixed syrup instead of the concentrate? And so far .5 ml doesn't seem to do anything.

Any ideas?

I broke my back a couple of years ago. Since then I've tried a lot of different pain pills. I've been thinking about trying liquid morphine. Any ideas on how to get my hands on some without going to my doc?
