i have some lidocaine patches,i was wondering if someone can help me with some info on these?each adhesive patch contains lidocaine.....700mg(50mg per gram adhesive) in an aqueous base.methylparaben and propylparaben as preservatives.please help!!!!

i was on the lidocaine patches, for over a 1 1/2 and then all at once it adhesive started to break down the skin,as if it was burn. it took a lonr time to get the skin healed up from the adhesive.there was no pain while it was doing this to the tissue. i hope this will help.Ann
