 Lexapro Withdrawls - eek!
Hello,
I have recently stopped taking Lexapro 10mg after 2 years. I started by halving the dosage over a 4 week period as suggested by my GP.
I am feeling very anxious, manic and somewhat suicidal with negative and destructive thoughts and behaviour...particulary with loved ones (and clients!)
Is / has anyone experienced similar things? if so can you suggest how to perhaps work through this - I cant be told to relax or take a deep breath one more time...I am honestly going out of my mind.
