Default Lexapro withdr- is there anyway to make this stop?

Hey everyone...

So, i just need some advice from someone really bad. I have no more health insurance so i can't afford my prescription or my doc appointments, therefore, i can no longer get my medication - Lexapro. So, i was off it for a week and the whole week i had ya no...i dont know like a jolt like i dont even know how to describe it. but a very bad feeling in my muscles, like a rush of electric shock was going through them and in my head sometimes i lose focus i guess and feel like a "whooshing" feeling thats the best way i can describe it. So, after a week of going through this ****ty feeling i took 2 more pills to ease it cause i just couldnt take my crying spells panic spells the whooshing feeling and anyway i know you all dont want to read a big shpeel about it but i again, have no more and am feeling the same way. I am trying to be patient hoping it will go away b/c i have no other choice. So i guess my two questions for lexapro withrdrawal are:

1. Is there any food / natural ways to make this dizzy/spinning/muscle weakness/ whooshing feeling go away? It's driving me nuts and making me very exhausted...
and
2. If not, how long does it take for this feeling to f*n stop??

I really would appreciate anyone who wrote to me sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. if you have any advice for a fellow broken soul email me arienette718@yahoo.com
