Default Lexapro and memory loss--agitation

My boyfriend has been taking 20mg of Lexapro along with zanax daily for nearly 6 months for panic disorder.
He did take Zanax daily for 2 yrs without side effects before taking the lexapro.

He has been suffering short term memory loss. This is a concern since his memory loss if frequent and has become very forgetful He's accused me of stealing money as well.

He's has had major mood swings as well along with short bouts of depression. Has become a bit on edge.

Any advice is welcomed.
Thank you in advance

i have been taking lexapro daily for a while too, and have noticed no change in my memory. so my guess is that if it is from the drugs, its the xanax not the lexapro. also, the 'edge' makes it seem like he's not taking hos drugs. not to make any implications... but just a thought.
