Default Lexapro induced mania??

I understand that withdrawal from Lexapro can produce a drug-induced mania that's not bipolar, but if an increase in your Lexapro dosage (20 mg a day to 30 mg a day) produces mania, could that be a sign that you may have bipolar instead of an original diagnosis of depression with ADD?? There is a family history of manic-depression. Also, comorbid diagnoses of panic disorder and anxiety.
