Does anyone know if Lexapro wears off in between doses?....in other words......I take the pill at 12 noon......so in the morning the dose is basiaclly ending.......leading up to my next dose 24 hrs later....I am trying to figure out if I would be better be off taking it at a differnt time so the last few hours before the next dose get a little shaky.
