Default levothyroxine
When changing the dose of thyroxine, how long before those results show up in a blood test?

3-5 days for serum level to level out.....Dave

I keep reading that levothyroxine should not be used for weight loss, but can't seem to find out why. The possible side effects such as heart palpitations, nervousness and sweating seem to be found in other weight loss products. How is it less safe than those?
