Hi -- I am wondering if anybody knows whether it is OK to take some other things with Levothroid. I know things like calcium can bind with levothroid thereby reducing its effectiveness, but what about herbal products?

In the morning, I take L-Tyrosine, DMAE, and sometimes Trimethylglycine along with my Levothroid pill. Does anybody see this as posing a problem?

I take levothroid for my thyroid and read on another health board that you also should not take soy, green tea and flouride products. My woman's world mag. said not even tap water with flouride, to drink bottled water.
